Building With UsHome Completion Timeline
 | 1) Purchase of Home & Selection of Options Meeting: At this time, you will meet with your Sales Representative who will explain the purchase contract and go over the procedures with you. You will also meet with one of our Option Specialists to view the extensive selection of options available for your new home. |
| 2) Pre-Drywall Orientations: You will be invited to tour your new residence with a representative before drywall is hung. It will be an opportunity for you to review your selections thus far. Please see our Site Visitation Procedure for any additional visits to your home. |  |
 | 3) Thirty (30) Day Notice: You will be provided with a thirty (30) day notice prior to the expected week of completion of your new home. At this time you will also be provided with the names and telephone numbers of utility companies so you can set up your accounts. |
| 4) New Home Introduction: Approximately ten (10) days prior to escrow closing, you will be contacted for your New Home Introduction. This is your opportunity to view your new home, review operation of various appliances and equipment in the home, learn maintenance procedures, and receive warranty information. |  |
 | 5) Seven (7) Day Notice of Completion: You will receive a written notice approximately seven (7) days prior to the anticipated completion date of your new home. |
| 6) Move-In: We want the move to your new home to go as smoothly as possible. When your new home is completed and you have fulfilled your obligations under the Agreement in full and the escrow has closed, you will receive the keys to your home by your sales agent. |  |
 | 7) Follow Up: Once you are settled into your new home, we will be checking back in with you to get any comments you may have about your home buying experience. |
