A Message to Our Customers

As the current Covid-19 virus continues to impact our community, S&S homes is making the health and safety of our neighborhoods and staff top priority. Until further notice S&S will adjust our model home viewing policy. If you wish to view any of our homes we ask that you contact the community sales agent and we will schedule a private appointment. Saturday was a blast at Copper Creek!

We had such a great time visiting with everyone that joined us Saturday to celebrate our Grand Opening at Copper Creek. The kids especially had a great time with the pony rides, eating corn dogs, getting their basketballs signed, their faces painted and of course petting the animals in the petting zoo. If you didn't get a chance to visit us yesterday, come today! We are having Santa Maria style barbecue which is going to be delicious! Plus there is still an opportunity to win the new Apple TV if you visit all three of our model homes.
