Custom building is where S&S began. Today our Coastal Division buys the land, designs a home for it, and builds it the way we’d build our own — then offers it for sale.

We choose each property ourselves, and its views and light shape the plan. No two of these homes are alike.

A Spanish-style home on a Central Coast hilltop. A clay tile roof and arched entry outside; inside, a beamed great room that opens to the view, patterned tile at the island and fireplace, and brass and copper details throughout. Out back, a pergola-covered patio and an outdoor kitchen face the hills.
